BACKSTORY
Majika Yzobelle Asturias Andrada, commonly known as Ika or Maji to some, is a 22-year old lass born and raised in Tagaytay City. She is the only child of the singers and bandmates, Carlos Andrada and Vivian Asturias. Growing up as an only child, she didn’t feel alone as she was very close to her cousins, even gaining more friends when she started schooling.Attending middle school for her was the hardest. She needed to move to the metro and leave her friends from home as she was granted a scholarship in International School Manila. The first months of being far from home made her feel homesick but thankfully, with the help of her parents and her new found friends in the school, she managed to maintain her scholarship and even made it to the top 5 of their batch.When she visited her friend’s foundation and orphanage, she fell in love with a lovely little girl she just met. She kept on visiting the kid whenever she’s free and thought of becoming a mother to her. Now, Majika has officially become an adoptive mother to Taia Larina, the beautiful and bubbly kid from the foundation she visited months ago.The lass is currently residing at Avida Towers, BGC in Taguig and is enrolled as an Education student at Colegio de San Juan de Letran. She managed to get into the prestigious university because of a scholarship grant to which she is very grateful for. Whenever she has free time, she accepts baking orders from her friends. She is affiliated with Casa La BELLEZA as the Chief Human Resources Officer.

It was the first day of the school year 2013-2014 when the two young ladies met. They were both transferee students enrolled in International School Manila. As the two relate to each other, they instantly became close friends. They survived their middle school together and even if time passed, nothing changed between the two of them. They are both now in their tertiary level, striving to do well in their studies but they still make sure to bond and destress together when their schedules permit.

They still keep in touch even after years of being apart with each other.
